There was a woman who lived all alone, in the middle of nowhere in a town that is unknown. She never heard a doorbell, a phone, or a knock. All she could hear was the sound of her clock.
One night the clock stopped ticking and the woman was afraid, because the sound she was accustomed to would suddenly fade. And the woman who lived all alone in a town that is unknown, was startled by the sound of a ringing phone.
She didn’t pick up the call and the phone just rang but, then she heard a sudden loud and terrifying bang. It was a knock at her door, followed by the sound of her bell. She thought to herself that this would be a great story to tell!

The story of a woman who finally opened her door only to be forcefully knocked on the floor. Because her time was up, and her life was complete. There was no reason for her to get back on her feet.
She never got to tell her story, but somehow, it is one we all know. That just as quickly as life comes it will also go. And if we hear a call, a doorbell ringing, or a knock on our door. We must answer it, because it is something, we can’t ignore.
